Terrible app. runs like my great grandma in the grave. staff fir the service are appalling - they offer no assistance and you can only book through this god awful app. Once just got on so I could take 20m off my walk as their destinations are always closer to my home than the station, but the driver told me to get out since I didn't prebook. This is not public transport, this is a government funded app required taxi service that needs to be booked 12 hours in advance. Also, 30 minutes late.

Today is the first time I've tried to use the app to book for a service. The bus seemed to have arrived right on time, but on a different location from the pickup address on the app. We almost gave up on using the service, but thankfully the bus driver decided to drive around the block and we met by chance and board. We then went to the next stop, and the next passenger had the same issue (address mismatch) Overall I think it's a great service just need to fix the address issue.

Most of the time your app works great, I can get a bus when and to where I need it. But quite often lately it will not let me use the virtual stop closest to me, instead trying to send me to stops ages away from me. Even when I ring up to try and book they have trouble getting it to accept the stop closest to me. All this wouldn't be so bad if I was able to walk a block or 2 down the road, but as I currently have injuries that's not possible. This really needs to be fixed.
